What are the supported web browsers for CMGO?
You can create an account and watch CMGO using a web browser on your computer, or iPad. CMGO supported web browsers are as follows: Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari If you are having difficulties with CMGO on any of the listed browsers, you may need to update your browser to the most recent version to support CMGO. What are the supported devices and operating systems for CMGO?
CMGO is supported by both PC (Mac and Windows) and mobile devices (Phones and Tablets running Mac iOS or Android operating systems). For users running Windows PC’s, CMGO can only be accessed through your browser via www.cmgo.com. CMGO currently supports Google Chrome, MS Edge and Firefox web browsers and runs best on the latest version of Windows. For Mac users (MacOS) CMGO can only be accessed via www.cmgo.com on Google Chrome, MS Edge, Firefox and Safari browsers and runs best on the latest versions of MacOS. Apple iPhones and iPads, in addition to Android phones and tablets, are supported as a native App and is available to download on your device either through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store. Whilst CMGO can also be accessed through your mobile devices’ browser, we recommend downloading the App for the best experience. Users that have Chromecast supported devices, such as Smart TVs, can use their Smart TVs to ‘cast’ CMGO movies from their phone as long as the user’s mobile device and Chromecast supported device are using the same network.
Can I watch CMGO on more than 1 device and at the same time?
We don’t limit the number of devices that users can install CMGO on. However, users are limited by the number of concurrent movies that users can watch at the same time. Currently this is limited to three concurrent streams. You can create up to three profiles for members in your household, allowing each to have their own personalised CMGO experience. Each profile can be set to match specific maturity rating levels and each profile will have its own unique recommendations based on that profiles ratings or tastes.
Is it possible to watch CMGO content on one device and continue viewing the same title on another device?
Yes. If you have CMGO installed on more than one compatible device, you can switch between as many devices as you wish to continue watching CMGO content where you left off - as long as you continue to use the same user profile. Each user account allows for the creation of up to three User Profiles for members in your household, allowing each to have their own personalised CMGO experience. If you are using the same profile, you can switch between any number of devices to continue watching where you last left off. Can I watch CMGO on my television?
There are several ways to watch CMGO on your television which include; a. ‘Casting’ your stream from the CMGO Mobile app or from your PC/Mac web browser onto supported Smart TVs. The CMGO app must be on the same Wi-Fi network as your supported Smart TV. Once they are, the icon for 'casting' will be visible on the top right of the CMGO app or on the top right of your movie playback viewer. Selecting the icon will show a list of supported devices available on your network and choosing the device you wish to ‘cast’ your current stream to, will connect and begin playback on that chosen device. b. If your current CMGO service provider includes a supported STB (set-top box) Some service providers provide set-top boxes as part of their digital entertainment subscription services. If your service provider has such an offering available it is most likely CMGO is available. Search for the CMGO app using the set-top box’s search function. c. Viewing CMGO through CMGO-ready Smart TVs. CMGO is being developed for some popular Smart TVs. If your Smart TV is ‘CMGO ready’ the CMGO app will be available by searching under ‘apps’ or you may need to search on your Smart TV app store to find and install CMGO. Once installed, simply log in using your CMGO account information to begin watching directly through your Smart TV.

How do I sign up for CMGO?
Signing up for CMGO is easy! First visit www.cmgo.com to create your CMGO account. Then select your provider or subscription method from the options provided to subscribe. Please contact your local operator/s for more details on how to sign up or to discuss any promotions or bundling offers that may be available.
How do I cancel my CMGO subscription?
Your CMGO subscription would be tied to your provider’s billing cycle. If you cancel CMGO before the end of the billing period, you can use CMGO until the end of the billing period. To see when your account will close, check your billing details with your provider.
Can I use CMGO for free?
You would need to have a subscription to watch CMGO. Sign up via your local providers to enjoy CMGO today!
What should I do if I can’t log in to CMGO ?
If you are having trouble logging in to your CMGO account: a. You are getting error messages when trying to sign-in to CMGO - You may have an error in your password or have forgotten your password. To change your password, select ‘Forgot Password’ on the Log in screen. - Make sure your email is correct and/or that the email is the same used during sign-up. - Try to sign in using a different device. b. If you are able to log into CMGO but are having issues with your subscription - Your account is typically managed by your CMGO service provider. Please check with your service provider to ensure your subscription is active. c. If your CMGO is showing an active subscription but you are unable to log into your CMGO account - Check the Apple App Store or Google Play store for an update - You may have to re-install CMGO on your mobile device by first deleting the App then re-installing CMGO. d. For any other issues relating to signing into CMGO not covered above, please contact us.
What do I do if I am having troubles with my account or subscription-related issues?
As your CMGO subscription is managed by your service provider and has access to your account details, it is best to contact them directly. However should you wish to leave a message through the CMGO Contact Us form our support team will redirect it accordingly.
Can I switch off the PIN requirement?
Depending on local regulations and where you are based you may be able to remove the PIN from your profile. To remove the PIN requirement, you can only do so via the web on www.cmgo.com . Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the website, then click ‘Go To Profiles’. On the Profiles section click the ‘Edit profile’ button and select the Profile you wish to remove the PIN requirement. On the Edit Profile page, you will be able to change the viewing restrictions based on the maturity rating or removing the viewing restrictions altogether by de-activating the ‘Viewing Restrictions’ toggle. Select ‘Save Changes’ to confirm your changes. As a final step you will have to enter your account password to lock the changes.
How can I change or reset my PIN?
To change or reset your PIN you will need do so via the web on cmgo.com. Click on your profile icon at the top right corner of the website, then click ‘Go To Profiles’. On the Profiles section click the ‘Edit profile’ button and select the Profile you wish to remove the PIN requirement. On the Edit Profile select ‘Update Profile PIN’ and on the subsequent window enter a new profile PIN, then confirm the new PIN and confirm to change PIN. Select ‘Save Changes’ to confirm your changes. As a final step you will have to enter your account password to lock the changes.

Why do some titles require a PIN to unlock?
To restrict access to a specific profile on your account, you can protect it with a Profile Lock PIN. Profiles protected with a PIN will appear with a lock icon on the profile selection page and require a 4-digit PIN. In Singapore, all CMGO subscribers are required to verify that their age is 21+, as well as enter a PIN in order to view R21 rated content. Once you have set up your PIN, you may need to enter it when you want to view or download R21 rated movies. This will also become your profile PIN, which you may need to enter when you access your CMGO account. If you change your profile PIN, your R21 PIN will follow. If you already have a profile PIN, you may need to verify your age before watching R21 rated content for the first time. Follow these steps to get started: 1. Select any R21 rated content 2. When prompted, confirm that you are over 21 3. Enter your account password and select Continue 4. Select Verify Age and enter your date of birth 4. Enter a PIN and select Set PIN
What are the content ratings on CMGO?
All CMGO content is given a rating determined by CMGO or as per the local laws. Movies on CMGO are available in their Original sound track and/or in Mandarin, and other languages/dubs where applicable. Is all content on CMGO available for download?
We try to make as many movies available for download as possible. When a title is not available to download, it can be for a few reasons including: The content rights are currently not available to purchase from the content provider; the content rights are currently exclusive to another company. How does ‘My List’ work?
My List works like a bookmark, where you can save movies that you would like to watch at a later time. To save a movie to My List, look for the + symbol found in the details page or on the previews of a movie title.
I added some movies to ‘My List’ but they are not there anymore, what happened?
If you have added a movie to ‘My List’ that is no longer available on CMGO, it may no longer be visible in ‘My List’
How does the Download feature work?
The Download feature gives you the ability to watch the downloaded movie without being connected to the internet. To download a movie, simply click the [Down Arrow which is the download ICON ] to begin the download on your device. We recommend being connected to Wi-Fi while downloading to save on mobile data usage.
What are the restrictions for downloading content and for offline playback?
Movies that have been downloaded for offline viewing can only be viewed on the device you have downloaded it to. The movie cannot be saved or transferred to another device. The downloaded movie will be available on your device for 7 days after the initial download and will expire after 7 days. If a movie has expired, you will have to download that title again.
Will the downloaded content be available to me at the time that I choose?
Yes, so long as you view it within the allotted time (7 days after you have downloaded the movie). If a movie has expired, you may have to download the title again
Why am I unable to view my downloaded content?
If you are unable to view your downloaded content, it may be caused by one of the following: i. Content has since expired, try downloading the movie title again. ii. A movie title is no longer available on CMGO. iii. Your subscription has since lapsed from the time you had downloaded till the time you try to view the content. Please check your subscription details. iv. Your device has run out of storage or has implemented a ‘clean-up’ of data to free up storage. If your device has accidentally affected CMGO app data, your download may also be affected. Please check your device storage and/or download the movie title again.
Can I log into my device with another account and still watch my downloaded content?
No, the downloaded content is restricted to viewing from the same account that was used to download with, and only on that specific device.
Can I access my downloaded content if I log into another device with the same CMGO account?
No, the downloaded content is downloaded to a specific device and stored locally. If you change devices, even using the same account, the new device will not have a copy of the downloaded content.
Where do I find my downloaded content?
Downloaded content can be found in the Downloads page. Click/Tap on the menu icon and look for ‘Downloads’, select this to take you to your current downloads.
How can I delete my downloaded content?
To delete your downloaded content, navigate to the Downloads page by clicking/tapping on the menu icon. Once in the Downloads page, select the title you wish to delete and click/tap the delete icon.
What happens after my downloaded content expires?
If your downloaded content has expired, you will see an ‘unavailable’ icon highlighted next to the expired movie title.
How long can I keep my downloaded content for?
Downloaded titles are available for viewing for up to 7 days from the time of download. If your title expires, you will have to download the title again.
Can I ‘CAST’ or ‘Airplay’ my downloaded content?
Yes, so long as you are ‘CASTING’ to a supported device using Android’s Chromecast. You can also cast using Apple’s Airplay from an iOS device you have downloaded the content to - however some features may not be available.
What is the minimum Internet connectivity required to run CMGO?
To watch movies on CMGO, we recommend having a stable internet connection with a download speed of 5Mbps (megabits per second) or higher to ensure the best possible viewing experience
How much data is used for an average movie on CMGO?
Data consumption is based the video quality that is being delivered which is automatically adjusted to give CMGO users the best experience. However as a general guide, a 1-hour movie can consume approximately 1GB – 3GB of network data.
Is it possible to restrict viewing on mobile data?
You can restrict the CMGO app from viewing or downloading movies on mobile data within the CMGO app settings. Within the CMGO app, select Settings and you will find the switch for ‘Stream on Mobile Data’. Switching this ‘ON’ will allow streaming on your mobile network, switching this off will restrict your streaming to wi-fi only. This restriction is not available if you are using the website version of CMGO.
How can I manage my data usage?
Under the Settings menu on the CMGO app, there are 3 options to help you manage your data usage. 1) Stream on Mobile Data; Switching this option ‘off’ will restrict streaming to wi-fi networks only. 2) Download on Mobile Data; switching this option off will prevent any movies you are downloading from downloading while on a mobile Network. 3) Download quality; this option limits the quality (and thus the size) of the movie you have selected to download.
Why is the quality of viewed content sometimes poor?
The video playback quality is automatically adjusted to give the user the best video quality. If your Wi-Fi connection is poor, this may affect the quality of the playback. Additionally, if you are streaming on a mobile network, an unstable connection may also be the cause of poor quality playback.

Whom do I contact if CMGO is not working or an error appears during regular operation?
If you are encountering any difficulties using CMGO, we have provided a Contact Us link that can be found either on the footer of CMGO.com or under the Account menu in the CMGO app. You will be presented with a form to fill out more details and our representative will respond accordingly. You may also email us at enquiry@cmgo.com.
Does CMGO use or share my account information?
CMGO only uses an anonymised token to confirm your entitlement validity with your service provider. No other account or personal information is used or shared unless you have chosen to ‘Opt-In’ to receiving marketing emails from CMGO.
Is CMGO the same on the website as compared to the app?
There may be some platform or UI/UX differences found between the CMGO website and the CMGO app, however all the same great content and features are available on both.
Can I choose to opt-in or opt-out to receive communications from CMGO?
When you sign up for CMGO, you will be asked to and must pro-actively Opt-in to receive marketing emails. If you choose not to, you will not receive any. Should you choose to receive emails and wish to unsubscribe, you will be given the option to ‘unsubscribe’ (opt-out) on each marketing communication.
